Wir freuen uns riesig, dass Ajay Tokas (New Delhi / Indien) auch dieses Jahr wieder zu uns ins Allgäu kommt. Bereits zum 4. Mal besucht er unsere Shala, diesmal sogar mit einem 11-Tage-Mysore-Programm!!!
We are very happy that Ajay Tokas (New Delhi / India) will be back at our place in South-Germany in 2020. It's already the 4th time he visits our shala, this time with an awesome 11-days-Mysore-program!!!

Practice Mysore-Style with Ajay in this 11 days Mysore-Intensive:
Ajay Tokas is a Level 2 authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher by Sri R. Sharath Jois.
Ajay will be sharing details on asanas, pranayama and how to improve personal practice in these classes. He teaches with a non dogmatic approach following the tradition as he has learnt in Mysore.
Ajay's adjustments are subtle and usually convey a strong message to students body and mind, so they can apply a more conscious approach in their practice.
He has been practicing yoga for the last 16 years and Ashtanga Yoga since 2010. For the past 9 years he has travelled and taught Ashtanga Yoga in Asia, Russia, Europe and USA.
